Review:
This is a masterpiece from Umberto Eco, often considered even more intricate and ambitious than The Name of the Rose. Three book editors, weary of reading crackpot manuscripts on the occult, decide to create their own conspiracy theory as a game. They feed random bits of information into a computer, which creates connections between them. But their game starts to take on a life of its own, and deaths begin to mount. They are forced into a frantic search for the truth. A brilliant and complex intellectual thriller.
