Book Review:
''Tintin in Tibet'' is the twentieth adventure in the Tintin series, first published in 1958. This book is unlike any other Tintin story – and it is widely considered Hergé's masterpiece.

The story begins when Tintin dreams that his friend Chang (from ''The Blue Lotus'') has been in a plane crash in the Himalayas. Despite everyone telling him that Chang is dead and that dreams are meaningless, Tintin refuses to give up. He convinces Captain Haddock to join him on a dangerous journey across the snow-covered mountains of Tibet to find his friend.

What makes this book extraordinary is what it lacks: there is no villain, no treasure, no conspiracy, no secret weapon. Instead, this is a deeply personal story about friendship, faith, and refusing to abandon those you love. Tintin faces the Yeti, harsh blizzards, avalanches, and his own doubts. The Himalayan landscapes are breathtakingly drawn. The emotional climax – when Tintin finally finds Chang – is one of the most moving moments in all of comics. A perfect, beautiful, and unforgettable book.
